
Bryan Chua Chun Han
Bryan Chua Chun Han is an experienced professional in the field of law. He earned his degree in law from the University of Tasmania and was called to the bar in the state of New South Wales after obtaining his graduate diploma in legal practice.
Returned to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah sometime in December 2016, he has since admitted as an advocate and solicitor in the High Court of Sabah & Sarawak. Bryan is currently one of the partners at Messrs Koh Gilong & Associates, specialising in criminal and civil litigation, and was appointed as a Special Advisor to Sabah State Minister of Industrial Development and Entrepreneurship.
Besides, he is also actively involved in civil society and political activities, particularly with a deep understanding of Sabah’s history and political environment.
A staunch believer in administrative laws and devolution of powers, Bryan has great interests on the research of administrative laws and the Malaysian Agreement 1963.
