We had the honor of co-hosting the “CONTEMPORARY WORLD: CULTURAL EXCHANGE” ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION with China Contemporary World Magazine.
The meeting was chaired by CROSS Executive Director YB Chua Wei Kiat, and attended by distinguished guests including Shao Liang, Counsellor of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Malaysia, Prof Sufian Jusoh, Dr Ngeow Chow Bing, Lv Xuejun, Director General and Editor-in-chief of Contemporary World Magazine, and Chan Seng Fatt, Group Chief Executive Officer of Star Media Group, among 20 Malaysian and Chinese delegates.
The meeting also witnessed the signing of a memorandum of cooperation between China Contemporary World Magazine and the Star Media Group, fostering information exchange and sharing between the two countries. This aims to enhance mutual understanding and cooperation in various aspects such as politics, economy, culture, and education, further improving bilateral relations.
