Jhen received her Master in Engineering (MEng) in Civil Engineering with first class honours, from University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. With extensive experience in Geotechnical Engineering, Jhen has been involved with numerous high profile mega projects in both Singapore and Malaysia. Singapore’s North South Expressway (NSE), Thomson Line MRT, Cross Island Line MRT, Changi Airport Terminal 5, and Malaysia’s Putrajaya Line MRT are few of the notable projects that she has been involved in different stages.

Other than technical knowledge, Jhen is also equipped with capabilities in urban planning, public procurement procedures and due diligence studies.

Recently, she is also involved in policy research related to transparency in public project procurement, construction industry site safety, urban redevelopment & sustainability.
