CROSS and the RDS Partnership Law jointly unveiled the “Malaysia Legal Review 2023” book on December 4, 2023. This publication delves into various topical issues related to corporate and commercial law in Malaysia and stands out as one of the few legal publications in Malaysia presented in the Chinese language.
The book launch was officiated by YB Tan Kar Hing, Deputy Chairman of CROSS, alongside Ms. Wu Lan Hang, First Secretary of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Malaysia, YB Chua Wei Kiat, Executive Director of CROSS, and Lim Sheh Ting, RDS Partner.
During the launch event, YB Tan Kar Hing emphasized that the book not only interprets legal provisions but is also dedicated to offering comprehensive legal support for entrepreneurs, investors, and partners engaged in the Belt and Road Initiative. The overarching goal is to aid potential Chinese foreign investors in navigating effortlessly through the dynamic business environment in Malaysia.
Subsequent to the book launch, a dialogue session unfolded, featuring RDS Partners S. Saravana Kumar and Lim Sheh Ting, along with Associate Amiratu Al Amirat. The discussion delved into key issues pertaining to the Economic Outlook and Budget 2024.
